Established in 2001, P.W.R., L.L.C. is owned and operated by Amy Roberts, and in 2015 was certified as a Women Business Enterprise by the Women Business Enterprise National Council. Since Hurricane Katrina in 2005, the company has been engaged in Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery Programs in Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas, New Jersey, New York, and Florida.
